Tibetan People's Right to Self Determination: Report of the Workshop on Self-determination of Tibetan People - Legitimacy of Tibet's Case 1944/1996, India

One of the main objectives of the Tibetan Parliamentary & Policy Research Centre was to analyse the rights and obligation of the Tibetan people for a mature development of Tibetan polity. It was in furtherance of this objective that the Centre convened two workshops in order to examine the rather complex issue of the Collective Right of Self-Determination of the Tibetan People as understood under International Law. This book is result of these two workshops.
